The People’s Garden
The People’s Garden will be a community garden designed and tended by an intergenerational collective of neighbors where anyone can access free food and plant medicine. Together we will co-create a place to build relationships with the land and each other where we can gather, share skills, make art and feed the community. The House of Possibilities and LHENA are raising funds to turn this dream into reality by purchasing an empty lot in our neighborhood that would be committed to feeding and nourishing people for generations to come. Once the land is acquired, we plan to establish a community-held agricultural land trust to sustain and protect this commitment for our present and future.
