The House of Possibilities is a naming grounded in the values of emergence, abundance, community, love, dreaming beyond, and an openness to the care, beauty, and brilliance of each other and the Earth. These values are what shape our mission: “To cultivate ideas, relationships, and experiments for our collective liberation and joy through art, connection with place and land, and intergenerational community building.” We have a shared longing and belief that another world is indeed possible. Thus, guided by our values, mission, and longings, our work is a constant praxis of dreaming, playing, practicing ways of being, and taking actions that contribute to the world we want to live in – a world of mutual thriving and care, where we are all safe, fed, and free.

We are excited to continue hosting a Community Zine-making series @moonstonempls! We will gather together monthly for dialogue and collaborative creation. At each session, we will bring questions that support our dreaming and envisioning the world we want to create together. Our discussions will lead to the co-creation of zines (small handmade books) that we will publish and distribute across South Minneapolis.

Come build community, grow our imaginations, and make art together! The first theme for our collaborative creations is “Recipes for Survival from A World On Fire”
